At the EAD meeting; A decision on how many Electoral Area Directors (EAD) members could go to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Convention (FMC) in Halifax. It was previously thought that there was a policy that only 2 or 3 would go to FMC meetings. It was decided that as many EADs would go that wanted to go. The trip is paid with meals, registration, flights and transportation included. Partners and pets have to pay their own travel costs.
