Boy! did I make a mistake this is what the dates are for seeing sold properties on BC Assessment site;

 

To Search by Property Address or by Assessment Roll Number or by Plan and Lot (useful if you live in a strata).
Note: the ability to search for sold properties is only available from 01 January to 15 March each year. Not January 15 th as I said before.
